About Us

We take significant pride in the fact that two words are often used to describe Advantage Water Management – Honesty and Integrity. These characteristics are at the core of our client commitment…and are the foundation upon which our business is built. Everyday, each of us makes an honest effort to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations…to provide stable, reliable, seamless service – predictably consistent.

We have made the necessary investment in equipment and personnel to provide what is contracted – from technical expertise to state-of-the-art billing software capabilities.

Advantage Water Management is a professional water utility service company (Water License #WC0000015; Wastewater License #20258) that has a history of working with “Superior Public Water Systems.”

Innovation is another watchword for Advantage Water Management…and our ability to recognize opportunities and act on them creatively and cost-effectively offers serious benefits to our clients. We refuse to settle for the status quo, and this pays off in cost containment, minimum response time, and accelerated customer service. We leave as little as possible to “chance” and having the right tools at the right time – like when a sewer is backed up and potential public health concerns arise – gives us the kind of service edge that confirms your decision to rely on us in the first place.

There is always a TCEQ certified water utility Operator “On Call” around the clock, 24/7. In addition, we have written commitments from specialty vendors (e.g., construction, electrical and mechanical, chemical suppliers, etc.) to respond to our call in time of need.  We operate under strict security measures at all times – photo-identification badges for all personnel, cellular phones, and company logo-identified vehicles to make them readily identifiable in the neighborhood for both residents and local security personnel.

Another of our philosophical cornerstones is continuing education. Advantage Water Management personnel regularly attend as a member or as a participant in all of these important organizations and their meetings:

  • American Water Works Association;
  • Association of Water Board Directors – Texas;
  • Texas Water Utilities Association;
  • North Harris County Regional Water Authority;
  • NHCRWA Water Users Advisory Group;
  • West Harris County Regional Water Authority;
  • WHCRWA Operator Advisory Committee;
  • Harris-Galveston Coastal Subsidence District’s
  • "Water Wise" elementary education program.
